Turnaround time is up to 5 business days. Adding products can take up to 7 business days. If it's a sale item please allow up to 10 business days. If you order after 5pm, the business day will begin on the FOLLOWING business day. Weekend and holidays are not included in the design turnaround time.
2 revisions max. After that a $15 fee per revision is required. Revisions may be an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Website Maintenance
No refunds will be provided after an order has been placed. All designs come with up to 2 revisions so that we are able to satisfy your design expectations. We will work hard to create your vision so you can leave as a satisfied customer.
A refund will be given in the event K Foster Designs & Branding is unable to produce a project for personal reasons.
