It involves regularly scheduled updates, backups, performance optimization, and security monitoring to keep your website functioning at its best. With monthly website maintenance, we will keep your website up-to-date, secure, and looking great with the latest trends in design.

Visual Updates:
- We will refresh the overall look and feel of your website by implementing design updates and enhancements. This includes updating color schemes, typography, layout elements, and visual components to ensure a contemporary and cohesive design.
Graphic Design Updates:
- Our design team will create and update custom graphics, banners, icons, or other visual elements to enhance the aesthetics of your website. These graphics will be tailored to your brand's style and message.
Content Layout Optimization:
- We will review your content layout and make adjustments to improve readability and engagement. This may involve restructuring page elements, enhancing the hierarchy of information, and optimizing content placement for better user engagement.
User Experience (UX) Enhancements:
- We will analyze user behavior on your website and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience. This may include improving navigation, streamlining user flows, and optimizing call-to-action buttons for better conversions.

A refund will be given in the event K Foster Designs & Branding is unable to produce a project for personal reasons.
Brand color palette:

We require clients to come prepared with their color palette, we at the moment do not assist with color palettes.

Photography:

We require high quality photos for our website design servicea. We will not accept selfies, screenshots of products, or low resolution photos.

Wording/ General Content:

Clients are responsible for all wording content while Branded by K Foster is responsible for the design. We encourage all clients to proof read all wording sent over, we will not correct any grammar or spelling errors.
Glitter and cartoons are prohibited in any design

We do not create image based logos at the time
This fee is applicable in cases where there are significant delays in providing the necessary information, or approvals for a project, which subsequently affects the scheduled timelines and overall efficiency of the project.

Outlined below are the key points regarding the Delayed Response Fee:

1. Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and thus, we offer a complimentary grace period of 3 business days from the date of our initial request for information or approval. During this period, no fees will be applied.

2. Fee Structure: Should a delay persist beyond the grace period, a Delayed Response Fee of $50 will be levied for every 5 business days of delay.

3. Invoice: The Delayed Response Fee will be invoiced to you and need to be paid before work of your project continues.

4. Communication: We encourage open and transparent communication to avoid unnecessary delays and potential fees. If you anticipate any challenges in providing timely feedback, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable extensions.
